How to style....Topshop

Spring has sprung late this year, but that hasn't stopped me thinking about the new season fashion. My everyday style is casual and comfy (unless I'm at work!) and you can usually find me in black, grey or white. This season I made it my mission to hunt down brighter and block colour pieces. So, for the first time in years, I found myself buying a few staple and versatile pieces from Topshop. Topshop has always seemed too "trendy" and "young" for my personal style and tastes, but this year was different. I treated myself to 4 key pieces and had lots of fun styling them up for this, my first fashion shoot!

Outfit 1:
Top: 'Amalfi' sweatshirt in navy, size 14 ("Tee and Cake" from Topshop, £30).
Jeans: Curvy, straight leg jeans in 'Lakeshore' wash. US size 10/ UK size 14 (Old Navy, $29.99 - currently 40% Off with the code 'STYLE').
Boots: Sand colour boots, size 6. (Primark, £14).

Outfit 2:
Top: 'Voila' t-shirt in navy, size 10 tall (Topshop, £16) - very oversized.
Jeans: Curvy, straight leg jeans in 'Lakeshore' wash. US size 10/ UK size 14 (Old Navy, $29.99 - currently 40% Off with the code 'STYLE').
Blazer: Grey fitted blazer in size 16. (H&M, £24.99)
Shoes: Customised hi-top style Converse, size 6 (Converse, prices range from £70-90).
Accessories: Gucci inspired design belt (Primark, £5); O-Clock watch with sky blue strap and powder pink watch face, size medium (O-Bag, £28; £10 for strap, £18 for clock face).

 

Outfit 3:
Top: 'Italia' t-shirt in white, size large ("Tee and Cake" from Topshop, £18).
Jeans: Curvy, straight leg jeans in 'Richmond' wash. US size 10/ UK size 14 (Old Navy, $29.99 - currently 40% Off with the code 'STYLE').
Boots: Black ankle boots with quilted detail, size 6 (New Look, £24.99).
Accessories: Aviator style sunglasses (Specsavers); Minnie Mouse card holder (Primark, £3.50); Delicate Bow Ring (Pandora, £45); O-Clock watch with dark grey strap and powder pink watch face, size medium (O-Bag, £28; £10 for strap, £18 for clock face).

Outfit 4:
Top: 'Venice' t-shirt in yellow, size medium ("Tee and Cake" from Topshop, £18).
Skirt: Black cord button up A-line mini skirt, size 14 (Joules, £35).
Boots: Black chunky heeled leather boots in size 6 (New Look, £34.99).
Jacket: Black leather biker jacket in size 16 (Wallis, £60).
Bag: 'Tessie' small satchel bag in Oxblood (Mulberry, £495 - bought from Bicester Village).
Accessories: Silver bangle with rose gold star detail (Jane Akester Designs, £14); Delicate Bow Ring (Pandora, £45); O-Clock watch with dark grey strap and powder pink watch face, size medium (O-Bag, £28; £10 for strap, £18 for clock face).
